Just for the record, on October 22, 2008, city council candidate Rosalinda Valencia gave an interview to Manteca Live. I guess that means she's our friend.
It is our form of government that we allow individuals to speak their minds in public. Unfortunately, some of these individuals do not use their minds before speaking and the video is a good example of this type of person. The behavior by Rosalinda Valencia is a disgrace but she only represents herself. A Lathrop citizen
